We loved working with Crosspoint. They redid our kitchen and master bathroom and we are ecstatic with the results. They were team players from beginning to end, communicative and very open about every step of the process. They even found a way to keep us under budget while still getting exactly what we wanted. Our PM Mike did a great job catching small details before the they became issues and did a great job keeping us up to date on progress.Posted on Google
T M6 October 2026We worked with Crosspoint on a finished basement remodel, primary bath update, and rebuilding of a living space off our kitchen which included rebuilding it from the ground up and the attached deck. Our project manager was Mike Cox. He was on site every day to make sure the crews knew what to do and had the materials they needed. We had architectural plans going into the project and had selected a lot of the materials upfront. Mike did a good job keeping the project within range of the original estimate and had a good group of subs that we liked working with. Our project turned out beautifully and we are so happy with the result!Posted on Google

Corey Brunish28 February 2026The word ideal applies here. The whole team and especially the project manager Mike made this experience a pleasure and a crowning success. From beginning to end with a fine attention to detail; anticipating any hurdles that might arise; dealing with the city; able to pivot on a dime; adding in special requests late in the process; working as an inclusive team; listening to input every step of the way; A true collaboration. These are people you want on your team.Posted on Google
Chris Russo21 November 2025We did a pretty major remodel last year and absolutely love how it turned out (before and after pictures included). Selecting a contractor wasn't an easy process. We have very high expectations and needed to be sure whoever we hired could meet them. After meeting with the Crosspoint team we found them to be extremely professional, transparent, honest, and with a proven track record of outstanding results. Mike Cox was our Project Manager and was awesome to work with. He was on site daily, has decades of high level experience and no matter the obstacle he never seemed phased by how to overcome it. This project wasn't without its challenges. It's easy to write a good review when things go perfectly, but if you can still write a 5-star review when they don't, that's a sign that you picked a company that holds itself accountable to high standards even when things get tough. Crosspoint has our wholehearted endorsement and we'd definitely hire them for future jobs. Some takeaways and things to consider: 1. Don't be in too much of a rush. The planning and selection process are important and take time. 2. Consider hiring a designer. Yes, it's more expensive, but there's no way we could have done this without them. The project was a major investment in our home. The design company nailed every element and brought our vision to life. Zero regrets there. 3. Communicate. If something is not sitting right or seems off, ask your project manager immediately. 4. Things look different in showrooms than they will in your home. Whenever possible, review samples in the actual space. 5. Set reasonable expectations. Construction is messy and dusty. Don't stress. It will all be perfect in the end.+9Posted on Google

Camille Chaffin20 October 2025We recently remodeled our upstairs, including three new bathrooms, a laundry room, and master closet. I cannot say enough about what a great experience we had with Crosspoint. We are so pleased with the outcome and Mike, our construction manager, and his team were so accommodating, kind, and a pleasure to work with. We are so happy with our results and will definitely use them again for our next project!Posted on Google
AM2 October 2025Just completed three “mini renovations” and the addition of an outdoor paver patio with Crosspoint Construction and couldn’t be happier with the results. They were able to rework three spaces, a laundry room, mud room and primary bathroom and make them far more functional and at the same time they look fantastic! They oversaw the construction of a new paved patio and worked with us on challenges with a sloped lot and drainage. The result was a beautiful patio that works with the slope of our yard. Highly recommend Crosspoint Construction and the professionals team who work there.+1Posted on Google

Anna Garcia10 July 2025We had a fantastic experience with Crosspoint Construction on our screened-in porch. Mike Cox, our project manager, was amazing—always making sure we were happy every step of the way. The entire team was professional, respectful, and kept the worksite clean. We love our new porch and highly recommend Crosspoint for quality work and great service!Posted on Google
andrew hudson6 March 2025To say that we have been pleased with the Crosspoint Construction team is the understatement of the century. Not only did the entire team shepherd and guide us through a massive renovation project, but also individually they became like family. I cannot speak more highly of our project manager, Mike, who led us through each step of the process, never once making us feel inadequate or unknowledgeable about our decisions. He had the utmost respect for our family, the timeline, and our budget. Mindi made the selection process incredibly easy and allowed space and time for each appliance, tile, windows, colors, or flooring decision to be made without hampering the impeccably scheduled timeline. They are a well-oiled machine and we have been THRILLED with the results. 5 Stars. Highly recommend.Posted on Google
D Brown12 February 2025Crosspoint added a gorgeous pool house/casita to match our newly built home. The entire team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Leading that team was our project manager, Mike. I can't say enough about how professional, knowledgeable, enjoyable to work with, and helpful Mike was. If I had questions or a request, he had answers and options. The quality of Crosspoint's skilled subs and their workmanship is hard to find. Their pricing is fair and transparent all the way through the project. I highly recommend Crosspoint for your building projects.+7Posted on Google
Annette Clark24 January 2025CrossPoint recently completed a home addition for my fiance and I, adding a bathroom and bedroom to the lower level of our Franklin home. The entire process was seamless, thanks to my exceptional Project Manager, Jonathan. He kept me informed every step of the way, so I never had to worry about scheduling or whether contractors would show up. If you're looking for a reliable and experienced team of professionals, I highly recommend CrossPoint.Posted on Google
Hailee Hunt-Hawkins30 August 2024We remodeled our kitchen and bathroom through Crosspoint Construction with Midi Zukowski as our project manager! We felt well taken care of and were guided through a stressful process with kindness, knowledge, and professionalism. They work hard to get to know their clients and use that relationship to help make decisions that best serve your particular needs. They know how important it is to trust the people in your home and they create communication and environment that fosters a sense of security and trust. We are thrilled with both the result and the process!Posted on Google
Ryan Campbell28 August 2024Crosspoint recently completed a large addition and renovation project for us, and we're thrilled with the results. Mike was our PM and was incredible to work with throughout, super attentive to the project, communicated well throughout, and was thoughtful about how/when things were getting done.Posted on Google
Matt Powell19 July 2024One of the best contractors I've ever used. We had a large remodel done, including a music studio, and they handled all of the nuances and curve balls very well. Landon was our main contact and communicated exceptionally well, always one of the key parts of a good building experience for the client. A+Posted on Google
Haars Wow3 July 2024Crosspoint did a wonderful job with our kitchen remodel. They were clean, professional, and were very attentive to our needs. Jonathan did a great job with communication and scheduling. I would highly recommend Crosspoint again and will look to them again in the future.Posted on Google
Eric Krodel2 July 2024We recently engaged Crosspoint Construction to do a significant renovation on our home, including adding a second floor to our ranch. They did a very good job from pre-planning through final punch list management. The project managers, Linc and Mike, were great to work with and made the whole project enjoyable. Mike was regularly on site so things got addressed ASAP. We had heard horror stories of other peoples' renovations and experienced no problems like that. The few hiccups (as are likely to happen on a big job with so many moving parts/details) that did occur during the 6 months were resolved professionally and easily. I highly recommend Eric Miller and his Crosspoint team to you for your home project.Posted on Google
Mary Jo Shankle26 February 2024Our master bath and closet renovation was a challenging project requiring imaginative, adaptive re-use of a space that posed several structural challenges. Crosspoint was recommended by our architect and they worked closely with him (and us) in a true collaborative fashion. They diligently addressed unforeseen issues and problems and were patient with the fluid nature of the project. Our project manager, Brandon, was reliable, attentive, and easy to work with. Any concerns or new ideas were addressed promptly and were executed professionally. He managed the subcontractors efficiently and we always felt he was in our corner with our best interests in mind. The office staff’s efforts to keep us informed and updated on the finances and timeline of the work were always detailed, on-point, and client-oriented. Construction is never easy to live through but in the end, we are so very pleased with our beautiful and well-crafted new space.Posted on Google
Cindy Landsman8 February 2024We just finished a kitchen remodel with Crosspoint Construction and I couldn't be happier with this company. Our project manager, Brandon, was in constant contact with me. He kept me informed every step of the way. I also received an email every Friday to review what had been completed and what to expect the coming week. Mindi helped us pick out and order all of our appliances and fixtures and followed up with the suppliers. The best review we can give is; we are already planning a bathroom remodel for next year!Posted on Google
Jim Holder22 August 2023I would like to add to the many positive reviews for Crosspoint. Our project involved building a carport, one that is a bit oversized, on our back drive area. The upscale design closely matches the look of our house. Crosspoint took the design that we had in hand and did a magnificent job bringing it to a finished reality. We are completely appreciative of the result. Their project management was excellent (thanks Chris Lenker), with the various component subcontractors arriving at the correct intervals and working as expected. And during all of the construction, Crosspoint was extremely available on the scene reviewing the work and discussing our expectations and questions. The work was done in a very timely manner, and when the job was completed, the whole area affected by the construction was returned to a well kept state. We will be quite happy to recommend Crosspoint to anyone interested in having significant work done well. Once again, it is a lovely job, and we are enjoying big smiles with this attractive new addition to our property.+0Posted on Google
Allison Davis12 May 2023We renovated a garage space into a recreation room with a kitchenette, full bath, bunk room, added a new garage and built a deck! The project was big and turned out beyond our expectations! Crosspoint was timely and transparent when timing was taking a little longer than they expected. Mike Cox was our rockstar Project Manager who was extremely responsive to questions/requests, always went above and beyond to make sure what we needed was done and done correctly, and has a depth of knowledge that is supreme! This is our second project with Crosspoint and I would use them for a third.Posted on Google
josh10 May 2023Did we ever lick out finding these guys. They preformed magic to our house when we hired them to remodel the main floor of the house. For our entire main living level to be demoed, and put back together in the time they did. They paid very close attention to what we wanted done and made it happen. Very easy to work with, keep track of what they were doing next, and where we stood financially with the app they provide. We have several more projects planned in the future and we are not even going for bids on these. The crew they have as full time employees are very knowledgeable, professional, and craftsmen. The quoting process was painless as well. They all take pride in their jobs and it shows. If you’re doing a remodel, add on, or build, I would look no further than Crosspoint.+1Posted on Google
Reese Davis5 May 2023This is our second project with Crosspoint and have nothing but positive things to say. Every project has its own constraints and hiccups - but with Mike Cox leading the project and excellent communication from the office and support staff we were able to land our basement remodel and garage/deck build pretty much on the money. The team at Crosspoint jumped into every detail, provided options and opinions where necessary and helped ensure we avoided unforeseen pitfalls based on their years of experience. We highly recommend them for your next project.Posted on Google
Trent Romans21 March 2023Below you will see a review we wrote a few years ago when Crosspoint helped us transform our basement into a finished guest room and play space. Now we have worked with Crosspoint again and they have been awesome! This time we completely transformed our kitchen, moved our laundry room, redid our stairwell and more. We will upload pictures soon but Crosspoint was professional, friendly and reliable. Our PM Mike was the easiest person to work with. Thank you Crosspoint! Elisa and Trent Past review from 2018: Riley and their team were exceptionally professional, friendly and easy to work with from start to finish. We have done many remodel projects in the past and this was our easiest one yet. The next time we need help, we will be back! Thank you Crosspoint!Posted on Google
Max 122517 January 2023By far and away the best locally owned general contractor in Williamson County. They were able to meticulously take our design idea for a new kitchen and bring it into a space that our family will enjoy for years to come. From beginning to end, Eric / Cole / KJ / Mindi and Linc were with us every step of the way and we’re able to problem solve on the fly while providing the best contracting services we’ve ever experienced, with a result that is far past what we expected. Do yourself a favor and hire these folks…great partners but more importantly great people! Thanks to all for everything!+2Posted on Google
Lauren Monday5 January 2023I have nothing but praise for the team at Crosspoint. I am beyond thankful that they agreed to take on our project - which was to demo and rebuild our entire kitchen, replace everything in the powder bathroom, the carpet in the bedrooms, as well as replace patches of carpet with wood to lace in with existing wood, then stain and finish it all. All the work was on time and budget. More importantly, every single worker that came onsight was beyond professional, competent, courteous, respectful, and efficient. We lived onsight all but 3 nights of the 2 month job. More than once a supplier commented how they enjoyed working with Crosspoint. Cole was our project manager, so we interacted with him by far the most. Not once did he tell me no. Not once did I doubt he could make something happen when we asked for it. He had crews in and out like clockwork. Things happened when he said they would. He stayed steady despite the occasional curveballs along the way, which gave me peace. The finished product is gorgeous. I have zero regrets hiring Crosspoint and would do it again in a heartbeat.+0Posted on Google
Laurie Tucker31 December 2022We have used Crosspoint for two projects and could not be more pleased. They are professional, reliable, do great work and our experiences were very positive. They communicate well and kept us updated with status on orders, etc. The project manager on our recent project, Bill Rinehart was excellent. He was attentive to detail, went above and beyond on our project and finished in less time that originally projected. We will definitely use Crosspoint again in the future.Posted on Google
Tony Lizarraga29 December 2022We had a screened porch and outdoor kitchen added by Crosspoint and couldn’t be happier. They were referred by a neighbor who had a great experience. Jane DuCharme27 October 2022We had a wonderful experience with Crosspoint for a recent project they completed for us. They were professional, knowledgeable, and timely with updates, and deadlines. They had wonderful vendors who helped us with all the selections and made the process itself organized and efficient. The vendors had all the details they needed in advance to help us make the appropriate choices and keep on schedule. They were easy to make contact with and always available for conversations, questions etc. Bill Rinehart, our construction supervisor was absolutely wonderful. He so attentive to all the details, and was a consummate professional. Eric, the owner, was also available whenever we had questions etc. Can’t say enough about how great our experience with Crosspoint was! Jane DPosted on Google
Rob Torbert10 October 2022This was an incredible experience adding a carport and storage to our home. Crosspoint does it right! Like most folks, I was trying to pinch pennies and I even hesitated going with them. But a great recommendation from a friend helped. Now? I wouldn't do any project without these folks. From the time the project started until it was completed, the management of everything was spot on! We knew what was happening each day, what workers were going to be there, when to expect each phase to complete, asked me about any potential changes, etc. Project managers were here everyday...Mike Cox is a rockstar of a project manager! We could not be happier with the way it all turned out! Thanks, Crosspoint!!Posted on Google
